Service to Non-Profits

Representing Non-Profit Organizations

Recognizing the budget constraints of many non-profit organizations, the firm provides legal counseling in employment matters to these clients at reduced cost. We proudly discount our rates for the opportunity to share in the critical missions and important successes of our non-profit clients.

The firm's clients have included organizations providing programs and facilities to youth and families, nursery schools, transportation advocates, agencies that provide service to the elderly and homebound, groups that help address hunger in New Jersey, and youth sports organizations.

Bill has been involved in working with non-profit organizations since law school.

While a law student, Bill volunteered with a local attorney, a Jesuit Priest, who provided legal services to residents of Camden with limited means.

Service on Non-Profit Boards and in Non-Profit Organizations

Bill has served as a Board Member of the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce since 2001, headed a Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) basketball program, and coached various youth sports teams in Lambertville and the surrounding area. He has also served on, and chaired committees of State and County Bar Associations.

We take the social responsibility that comes with being attorneys seriously and would welcome the chance to represent additional non-profit organizations at our discounted rates.

Representation of Colleges, Universities and Officials

The firm has represented the employees and officials of colleges and universities in several different settings, including litigation. It has conducted internal investigations to ensure adherence with State and Federal laws. This work has also helped enforce campus policies designed to make the learning environment safe and productive for students.
